Olery is seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for leading and managing monthly and quarterly and sales goals.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Three to five+ years experience in professional IT / sales / lead generation oriented roles
  • Experience in calling into C-level Executives
  • Strong business development experience, with the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through conversations and written communications
  • Objection handling expertise
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a sales team environment
  • Ability to multi-task at a very high level, while consistently generating high quality results
  • Strong organizational skills, both personally and professionally
  • Highly developed telephone based prospecting and follow-up skills
  • Must be computer literate and internet savvy
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Track record using initiative to problem solve and make decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Masters Degree or an MBA is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of social media sites (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, reviewsites),
  • Demonstrated passion for social networking; including use of different media, blogging
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly written in English
  • Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
  • Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and strong relationship-building skills
  • High level of motivation with a continued willingness to develop new skills
  • Language: fluent/native in English and one other language
